What you'll do
- Project Management Mastery: Oversee campaign planning, channel management, and development of creative assets
- Campaign Execution: Lead execution of marketing campaigns and programs, manage campaign calendars and milestones
- Storytelling and Copywriting: Oversee content and storytelling across multiple channels
- Understand the Community: Build strong relationships with creators and viewers, gain insights into their needs and motivations
- Local Collaboration: Collaborate with territory-specific teams to deliver tailored marketing support
- Data-Driven Insights: Lead campaign reporting process, compile results and highlight important insights

- 2+ years of marketing experience in a full-time role
- Top notch German writing skills
- Experience working with startups or consumer/media/tech/gaming brands with diverse global audiences

- Multi-channel familiarity
- Experience establishing new processes and operating models at a local level within a global business
- Bonus Points: Twitch user and passion for gaming and media
