Recruiting Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

Summary

This job is for a temporary Recruiting Coordinator at Neo4j, a leader in Graph Database & Analytics. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews, providing support to candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

What you'll do

Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information and assistance during the application and interview process
Assist interviewers and hiring managers with interview logistics and scheduling
Provide support as needed with reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and attending calls with hiring managers
Ensure that candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, expectations, and next steps
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
General understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Customer-focused with a dedication to providing a positive candidate experience
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
