Summary

The job is for an Associate Customer Success Manager on a 9-month contract basis. The role involves addressing customer success issues and inquiries, guiding customers in adopting the platform, and maximizing their value from SurveyMonkey's products.

What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding support to our GetFeedback customers, responding to a high volume of inbound customer success related inquiries using the phone, or email.
  • Become a SurveyMonkey Enterprise and GetFeedback customer lifecycle expert, understand the cause of the customer's issue, and guide the customer towards the best solution
  • Identify when escalation to a Customer Success Manager is required resolve an issue of significant complexity or opportunity
  • Work with partners to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain deep expertise of internal processes, our product and best practices to aid our customers in resolving their issues
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities through your interactions with our customers
  • Guide communication between the customer and the company, passing along customer needs, wants, and feedback

Requirements

  • 1+ years professional experience in a client-facing role
  • Creative problem solving when working on customer issues
  • May be asked to occasionally work "flexible hours" to support international customers
