Summary

This job is for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist on a contract basis at Airtable. The role involves supporting email marketing campaigns, creating segmentation and campaign processes, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting A/B tests, and developing reports to measure program effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Enterprise demand generation, marketing automation platforms, and a strong strategic and analytical skillset.

What you'll do

  • Support our end-to-end email marketing for Marketing Campaigns and our Solutions Marketing.
  • Create segmentation and build campaign processes for our Solutions, personas, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling email campaigns.
  • Set up webinar programs using the ON24 platform, manage the program build and email promotions.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve email programs.
  • Understand the journey of leads as they become MQLs, opportunities, and customers.
  • Develop the reports we'll use to measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure GDPR & CCPA compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise demand generation, lifecycle, or webinar program management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead operations, and routing
  • Organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
