  • Manage a team of outsourced legal professionals who perform more routine negotiations for those merchants, leaving time for the team to focus on the most complex, interesting, and difficult ones.
  • Use your experience to scale negotiations - improvements to templates, processes, technology, and more.
  • Learn our business at the lowest level of detail.
  • Work alongside the best, brightest, and warmest legal team in the industry.

Requirements

  • Use your experience to scale negotiations - improvements to templates, processes, technology, and more.
  • Learn our business at the lowest level of detail.
  • Work alongside the best, brightest, and warmest legal team in the industry.
  • You have 10+ years of experience negotiating agreements with tough enterprise clients.
  • You have spent most or all of your career in-house, working at fast-paced companies that value quick decision-making.
  • You have managed outside help, whether it’s outside counsel, contractors, or other outsourced work.
  • You have a strong business acumen, and are able to balance the risks vs. the rewards.
  • You love getting things right, but that doesn’t stop you from getting things done.
  • You’ve never met a legal process you couldn’t simplify and improve.
  • You’re looking for a supportive team that revels in solving problems, supporting one another, and celebrating the wins.
  • You adapt quickly to changing processes and new priorities – the only constant here is change.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree (no JD required).
