Summary

This job involves being a Reconciliations Specialist in Instacart's Trust & Safety team. The role includes executing processes to ensure compliance with regulations, reviewing transactions, responding to internal chat requests, and gathering and organizing data. The ideal candidate should have professional experience, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

What you'll do

  • Execution of repetitive operational tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and having an eye for process improvements
  • Reviewing vendor work product to determine its adherence to expected standards
  • Responding to questions and providing answers to internal-partner chat requests
  • Data entry and occasional additional program-related tasks
  • Data Gathering and organizing to identify trends and make observations
  • Work with vendor partners to execute day-to-day tasks
  • Complete live transaction reviews with a detail-oriented approach

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced office or retail setting
  • Ability to execute consistently with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and work with changing priorities
  • Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
