Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to provide reception and administrative support at Wayfair Stores in Wilmette, IL, including managing calls, scheduling, safety training tasks, and maintaining supplies.
What you'll do
- Manage all incoming calls, including associate callout log
- Support the Talent Partner with training and compliance completions
- Support the store with scheduling by auditing posted schedules
- Support a strong safety culture by managing administrative tasks related to safety training
- Tracking, ordering and maintaining supplies and uniforms for the store
- Organizing the break and training rooms and any communication boards
- May support with other administrative functions such as helping to plan store events
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (Preferred)
- 1-3 years Experience working in a retail environment. (Required)
- 1-3 years Administrative experience such as processing data, monitoring and tracking information, and using office/google software. (Required)
- 1-3 years Administering employee information such as equipment certification, training tracking and recordkeeping, etc. (Preferred)
- 1-3 years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff. (Preferred)
