Summary

Support the physical retail talent team by providing administrative guidance and hands-on support, ensuring accurate talent data input, and maintaining talent-related records.

What you'll do

  • Handles and organizes the daily record and talent reporting updating and documentation and is the primary contact person for any administrative talent-related queries.
  • Ensures that talent is inputting data records and preparing vital talent documents correctly, whether be physical documents or online document retention.
  • Organize and maintain talent related records, enter new data, and update previous data in internal HRIS databases.
  • Review, revise, and update company policies and SOPs in order to maintain consistency in documentation.
  • Answer any manager queries related to systems, helping to navigate where to find policies and SOPs related to Talent.
  • Create regular documents and reports on Talent metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, review associate schedules to ensure compliance and more.
  • Support any payroll related actions to include processing off-cycle hours (holiday pay) in Workday; helping managers navigate in opening self-service tickets for payroll questions and more.
  • Support any HRIS software projects and assignments needed to enhance the business (Humanity, Workday, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven work as an HR Administrator or equivalent
  • Experience with HR software, such as Humanity, Kronos, Service Now or Workday
  • Experience in Google Suites preferred (MS Office applications, acceptable)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Experience managing and maintaining confidential data, folders, and other talent related information.
