Contract PositionSummary
Support the physical retail talent team by providing administrative guidance and hands-on support, ensuring accurate talent data input, and maintaining talent-related records.
What you'll do
- Handles and organizes the daily record and talent reporting updating and documentation and is the primary contact person for any administrative talent-related queries.
- Ensures that talent is inputting data records and preparing vital talent documents correctly, whether be physical documents or online document retention.
- Organize and maintain talent related records, enter new data, and update previous data in internal HRIS databases.
- Review, revise, and update company policies and SOPs in order to maintain consistency in documentation.
- Answer any manager queries related to systems, helping to navigate where to find policies and SOPs related to Talent.
- Create regular documents and reports on Talent metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, review associate schedules to ensure compliance and more.
- Support any payroll related actions to include processing off-cycle hours (holiday pay) in Workday; helping managers navigate in opening self-service tickets for payroll questions and more.
- Support any HRIS software projects and assignments needed to enhance the business (Humanity, Workday, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven work as an HR Administrator or equivalent
- Experience with HR software, such as Humanity, Kronos, Service Now or Workday
- Experience in Google Suites preferred (MS Office applications, acceptable)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Experience managing and maintaining confidential data, folders, and other talent related information.
