What you'll do
- Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience
- Leverage interior design and sales expertise
- Manage virtual and in-store design appointments
- Utilize sales analytics and design software tools
- Share expertise in fabric & finishes
- Efficiently manage time in design appointments and sales floor interactions
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in operational store activities
- Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment
- Drive sales in store by building personalized connections with customers
Requirements
- 1-3 years Sales experience, including working with high price-point products (preferably in a design related environment). (Required)
- 1-3 years Delivering strong sales results and building customer portfolios. (Required)
- Experience in design such as interior, architectural, graphic, with a clear understanding of design principles (spatial planning, fabric selection, styles and trends, etc). (Preferred)
- Experience leveraging CRMs/POS/ and design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, etc. (Preferred)
