Contract PositionSummary
Support the recruiting team at Instacart by coordinating and facilitating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders to elevate the recruitment process.
What you'll do
- Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews in partnership with recruiters and sourcers
- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process
- Create a great candidate experience - ensuring candidate interviews are seamless, educating them on Instacart, and representing the company with integrity, poise and professionalism
- Partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, Executive Assistants, Interviewers to ensure a great candidate experience
- Partner with the larger Recruiting team on projects to elevate candidate experience and push projects across the finish line
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer
- Coordinate and schedule airfare, hotel, and transportation for candidates who visit our offices from remote locations
- Will potentially require in-office support up to 2x per month
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or related role
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with an HR, Talent Acquisition team or scheduling heavy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and execute solutions in a timely manner
- Experience working in Greenhouse and Google Suite
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- Ability to shift tasks and priorities based on hiring priorities and business needs
- Creative and process-driven, someone constantly constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
