Drive sales in store by building personalized connections with customers through thoughtful questions to understand their needs.
Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies Wayfair's commitment to relentless customer focus.
Become an expert on Wayfair products and services to help guide customers and provide product options both in-store and online.
Demonstrate confidence in closing the sale and educating customers on various ways to purchase.
Assist customers on the sales floor.
Collaborate effectively in all operational aspects of the store including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, and general upkeep of the store.
Exemplify a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members.
Bring innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
Engage in a high-energy, focused, and dynamic work environment.
Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Less than 1 year - Retail sales experience (Design related environment and specialty sales experience a plus)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets. (Medium proficiency)
Strong communication and relationship management skills. (Medium proficiency)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to adapt and grow. (Medium proficiency)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team sales environment. (Medium proficiency)
Comfortable with technology including mobile applications, google tools, and portable devices. (Medium proficiency)
