As a Community Associate at WeWork, you will be the primary point of contact for the community, embodying the essence of the company and fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment for members.
What you'll do
- Cover the front desk during set business hours
- Greet members and guests warmly
- Ensure guests sign in properly
- Learn names of members and guests to build relationships
- Anticipate member and guest needs
- Keep front desk clean and organized
- Notify members of food deliveries and couriers
- Answer questions related to the building for members and guests
- Provide feedback on programming and evaluate events
- Celebrate members' successes and milestones
- Promote events and distribute necessary information
- Connect members with each other
- Recommend local services and venues
- Engage members on the WeWork network
- Manage mail processing and organization
- Organize and manage key distribution
- Provide support for coffee machine for guests and members
Requirements
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities
- Passion and understanding of WeWorkâs mission and values
- Proficient in basic computer skills
