Summary

This job involves working as a Contracts Administrator on a contract basis for Epic Games, assisting the Legal Department in handling various types of contracts, interacting with different departments within the organization, and ensuring the accurate processing and completion of contracts.

What you'll do

  • Processing various types of contracts including license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and consulting agreements
  • Overseeing contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherding the process in its entirety
  • Coordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams, as needed
  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation
  • Meeting turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environment
  • Data entry

Requirements

  • Familiarity with contract/document management software and process
  • Experience with legal transactional documents (ideally with NDAs and SOWs)
  • Legal or business background
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interact with members of varying disciplines on different teams
  • Passion for games and understanding of the business surrounding games
  • Enjoy working cohesively as part of a team
