Responsible for performing purchase order processing activities, reporting purchase order match exceptions, metrics, and providing extensive customer service to internal customers in a federal services environment.
What you'll do
- Perform purchase order processing activities
- Design and implement reporting and metrics for supplier assessments
- Maintain AFS supplier assessment, subcontracting and procurement data
- Review, support, and respond to business inquiries related to system transactions
- Plan and manage data cleanup initiatives
- Develop documentation for processes and procedures
- Identify and develop content for training and communications
- Deliver training for business users
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in contracting, procurement, finance, or accounting roles
- Advanced Excel Skills
