Summary

Support insitro's recruitment efforts by coordinating high-volume recruiting activities on a temporary 3-month contract basis, with the potential to extend, in South San Francisco.

What you'll do

Own the candidate experience from scheduling interviews to managing candidate meetings onsite and offsite, including the coordination of candidate travel and expense reimbursements, while ensuring that the candidate feels supported and informed at every step of the process
Work within our ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidate progress from initial contact through offer stage and maintain our team's data integrity
Become a subject knowledge resource on all Recruiting Operations tools and processes, including our tech stack (Greenhouse, modernloop, and datapeople) as well as documenting standard operating procedures for the team
Develop relationships with internal partners, gaining recognition as a point person with a 'can-do' mindset of 'I'm here to help!' and 'Let's find a solution' to assist selection teams and hiring managers with their day-to-day needs

Requirements

1+ years prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, or equivalent role
Experience managing multiple interview events on a calendar
Experience with an ATS, (Greenhouse or Lever preferred), and other recruiting tools
Understanding of spreadsheet management and familiarity with Pivot Tables and functions
