Seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer for a 9-month contract at Datadog to drive talent acquisition strategies, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with recruiting leaders for strategic alignment and roadmap execution.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Recruiting Leaders on OKRs definition and roadmap execution
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill or high volume positions
- Map out the talent market, keeping a pulse of talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we are after
- Amplify and champion referrals generation to find hidden talent in employees networks
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
- Responsible of tracking progress to goal and top funnel reporting to hiring managers
- Use your own research to get creative on where to find talent including diverse talent
- Screen, prepare and coach candidates to ensure an excellent interview experience
- Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- An established Sourcer with 6+ years of experience working for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- An individual with a high sense of urgency, strong communication skills and detail-oriented
- Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
- Able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple roles
- An individual with a proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Experience mentoring or Technical recruiters/Technical sourcers
- Creative, innovative, curious and results driven
