Summary

This role involves being a key part of early career intern and interview experiences, focusing on supporting interns through summer programs and full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, while also enhancing early-in-career programs and diversifying candidate pools.

What you'll do

  • Experience working 1:1 with interns, coaching and supporting through the summer program
  • Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
  • Partner with leaders to assist with team matching and allocation
  • Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity
  • A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
  • Experience with program and/or event management
  • A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
  • Availability to be in-person for events in our San Francisco, Mountain View, or Bellevue (WA) office

Requirements

  • A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
  • Experience with program and/or event management
  • A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
