Talent Executive, People Operations (9-12 months contract)

Summary

Exciting opportunity to join the People Operations team in Shenzhen for a Talent Executive role involving HR operations tasks, visa support, employee experience enhancement, and project support in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Carrying out a wide range of HR tasks such as contractual changes, references, auditing our employee files, benefit administration.
  • On and Off boarding tasks such as drafting, peer reviewing and issuing employment paperwork, updating our HR system, right to work checks, liaising with stakeholders such as employees, managers, Payroll, People Partners, Internal IT etc
  • Visa support – visa initiations and renewals, supporting letters and reports, ILR  support and reimbursement.
  • Participating in our green flag rota to monitor our Slack channels, Jira Service Desk queue and email inboxes, ensuring queries are answered in a timely manner and to quick resolution, escalating where appropriate.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance or simplify our employee experience, raising these with the team and implementing changes.
  • Continuing to build out our library of process maps and guides.
  • Ad hoc work and project support.

Requirements

  • Background in administration
  • HR experience or CIPD qualification/relevant degree
  • Great PC skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity about HR and keeping knowledge up to date
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak English and Chinese efficiently
  • Natural people person with a passion for helping others
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and organized
  • Innovative, creative, and eager to learn
  • Team player with problem-solving skills
