What you'll do
- Deliver a cross-platform user experience that is simple and elegant
- Present and communicate designs and rationale to the team and organization
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and implement designs
- Test, learn, and iterate on designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Refine existing patterns and components
- Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong UX and visual design skills through building solutions end to end for large-scale, complex systems
- Contributed to UI guidelines for a pattern library
- Produced prototypes for user research and engineering
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Empathy for the people using your software or products
