What you'll do
- Provide logistics support for IT Support team via ticketing system
- Work with IT Logistics Team for shipping, tracking, and returns
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and hardware refreshes
- Process and track equipment in asset management software and ticketing system
- Maintain and organize inventory of equipment and supplies onsite
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience with IT Logistics support, asset management, shipping/receiving, and provisioning
- You are familiar with Mac, Windows, and Chrome operating systems
- Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs
