Contract Position

Join Twitch as an Events Marketing Manager on a contract basis to drive attendance growth for TwitchCon and other third-party events.

Build and execute the TwitchCon marketing strategy and define tactics that promote and influence the successful growth of TwitchCon
Collect market intelligence and provide insights on event purchasing behavior, attendee interests, and customer journey on TwitchCon.com
Collaborate with marketing, comms, sales, partnerships, content and community teams ensuring that their program goals are achieved via targeted marketing campaigns
Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, build campaign calendars and manage creative approvals and trafficking of channel assets
Utilize data and analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Write effective campaign marketing reports - work with Analytics to collect data, summarize, and report key insights
Project manage the requirements and deployment of marketing communications and collateral; including email, web banners, Twitch onsite notifications and other channel marketing to ensure they accurately reflect product/event positioning and key messaging

5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies and tactics that successfully market events
Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to determine improvements
Capability to move easily between generating big ideas, and driving ongoing process improvement
Solid understanding of marketing principles and demand generation tactics
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
