As a Front Desk Associate at WeWork, you will be the welcoming face of the hospitality team, providing support to members and guests in a vibrant and dynamic work environment.
What you'll do
- Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact for members
- Ensure visiting guests are registered and checked in according to WeWork’s guest policies
- Provide orientation of spaces and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
- Support with issuing and collecting keys from members and guests as needed
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times
- Notify members of any food deliveries and packages
- Learn the names of members and guests and get to know their businesses
- Keep track of relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems
- Answer questions from members and guests knowledgeably
- Identify opportunities to celebrate members’ successes and milestones
- Assist with handling mail and packages throughout the day
- Monitor building amenities and make adjustments when needed
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and appropriately
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer skills
- Experience in hospitality/retail or customer service
- People-person with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Comfortable being the face of the brand
- Ability to multitask and prioritize member experience
- Values integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
- Passion and understanding of WeWork's mission and values
