What you'll do

  • Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing product options
  • Demonstrate confidence in closing sales and educating customers on purchasing options
  • Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio
  • Be an expert in store and online services offered
  • Participate in operational aspects of the store
  • Exemplify a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members
  • Share innovative ideas to improve team operations
  • Engage in a dynamic work environment with rapid changes
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in a design related environment). Interior design, specialty sales experience a plus
  • Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills
  • Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment, with an ability to adapt and grow
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment
  • Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
