Summary

Join Epic Games as a Contracts Specialist on their Legal team, assisting in a wide range of contract-related tasks and collaborating with various departments within and outside the organization.

What you'll do

  • Processing various types of contracts including, but not limited to, various types of license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters and notices
  • Overseeing contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherding the process in its entirety
  • Coordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams, as needed
  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation
  • Meeting turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environment
  • High volume Data entry and accuracy

Requirements

  • Familiar with contract/document management software and process
  • Experience with legal transactional documents (ideally with NDAs and license agreements)
  • Ideally from a legal or business background
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoy working cohesively as part of a team and with members of varying disciplines on different teams
  • Passion for games and an understanding of the business surrounding games
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Jira is preferred
