What you'll do
- Performing the day to day PO processing and support implementing any process improvement plans
- Field of logistics supply chain and supporting overall supply chain projects
- Monitoring the warehouse processing
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Shipment tracking and follow up
- RMA and Dev kit processing
- Other works assigned by team
Requirements
- Responsible for performing the day to day PO processing and support implementing any process improvement plans.
- Responsible for the field of logistics supply chain, and supporting the overall supply chain projects to ensure projects succeed.
- Responsible for monitoring the warehouse processing.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Shipment tracking and follow up
- RMA and Dev kit processing.
- Other works assigned by team.
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of work experience is preferred, practical operation of supply chain or major in supply chain management is preferred;
- Be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have good professional quality and fit with the company's culture and values; have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; be honest, optimistic, result-oriented; strong learning ability, clear thinking, strong logic.
- Must be able to work from the San Jose office.
- SAP experience is a PLUS but not required.
- Sales-operation/inside sales/warehouse management is a PLUS but not required.
