Summary

Lyft is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and energetic Contract Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month position in Toronto. The role involves managing the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinating high-volume interview activity, and supporting data accuracy and communication efforts. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling calls, conducting interviews (both onsite and virtual), and ensuring impeccable attention to detail
  • Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support data clean-up efforts while adhering to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, fostering creativity in talent acquisition approaches
  • Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses
  • Track all candidates’ interview experiences and serve as point of contact
  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs
  • Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support continuous growth of interviewer teams
  • Champion Lyft, our values, and our philosophy to potential candidates
