We are looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to work with our K12, Higher Education and Corporate Instructure customers with Canvas, MasteryConnect and Portfolium. This position will focus specifically on supporting our customers who have implemented Canvas and provide curated resources to help them be successful.
The Customer Success Associate will work 20-30 hours per week and will participate in our efforts to retain Canvas Customers. The main focus of this position will be to manage email communication with customers and assist Customer Success Managers with customer retention processes.
