About the team:  Be a part of one of Paytm's fastest growing businesses - Travel. Travel was launched in 2016 and in less than 12 months we became India's 2nd largest online travel booking platform for Flights, Trains, Hotels and Bus tickets. Paytm's Travel business is entirely based out of Bangalore. We are like a 300-member startup within Paytm working in a fast-paced environment. Our team comprises Product & Design, Engineering, Business and Customer Experience functions.
 
About the role: Paytm is looking to hire a HR leader with experience in the start-up domain to drive the HR strategy / practices and playing the role of a strategic HR partner with a leadership team to create a tangible impact on business and employee experiences.
 
Expectations/ Requirements
1) Employee life cycle Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement cost for a fast-paced business.
2) Engage work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for CB, Staffing, HRSS and the business.
3) Stakeholder Management - Stakeholder Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Connect, Manpower Management, Employee retention, R&R
4) Employee Experience - Employee Relations, Coach, Employee Engagement, Pre-onboarding Connect
5) Working with HR COE's - Talent Development, L&D , Performance Management
6) Data and MIS - HR Dashboard, Accurate HRIS updating, Org structure
7) Self-Development - New Initiatives / Projects
8) Operate independently ensure employee satisfaction development of the team Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best Practices.
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1) Must have handled Performance Management
2) Should be able to Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.
3) Minimum 10+ years of experience in core HRBP role must have experience into.
4) Must be able to executive and implement new strategies.
5) Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
 
Education: Postgraduate from Tier 1 Institute
