🚀What’s the opportunity?
You will be a key member in ensuring that our main platform, as well as new features, meet the established standards through black box software testing. Our ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, solid analytical and problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of software testing and best practices.
🔧 What will I be doing?
-Test main platform capabilities and new features
-Ensure code quality by verifying software behavior (black box testing)
-Work closely with Support, software engineers and Product teams to ensure complete and accurate software testing
-Identify and report bugs and gaps in the product/platform/software
-Help refine our QA process through feedback as a part of our #alwaysbeimproving value
🙌 What skills do I need?
-On-call availability on Tuesdays 5-10pm PT and approximately 2-4 hours over the weekend on either Saturday or Sunday
-At least 2 years experience with black box testing
-Experience with SCRUM software (ideally Trello)
-Must have access to either a PC or Mac device
